The team that brought you Sabor Latin Street Grill — Raydal Hospitality Group — is taking over SARU at Camp North End and will reopen the Nagahama-style Tonkatsu ramen shop on Tuesday, June 21st.
WHAT WON’T CHANGE
The recipes will stay the same. Its pork-bone ramen broths are made fresh daily and are designed to be paired with thin white noodles. The Shirozaru, listed as a classic Tonkatsu on the menu for $15, comes with pork charshu, scallion, bamboo shoots, egg and sesame seeds. (You can also get it with a spicy sauce. to kick things up for $1 more.) Diners will also find cold noodle dishes and beverages such as Thai Ice Tea.
RAYDAL’S TAKE

We look forward to bringing ramen back to Camp North End, a community we are already so connected to and committed to growing. As we expand our presence here, we want to be an agent of change and opportunity for our employees, sharing food that represents their stories and homes,” said Dalton Espaillat, Raydal Hospitality Group’s founder and CEO. Other Raydal properties include La Caseta and Three Amigos.
