Soul Miner’s Garden’s stall will be located between Saru and Bleu Barn.
Soul Miner’s Garden is well known for their award winning Loaded Nachos made with local ingredients and house made tortilla chips sourced from a local Tortilleria, their fresh hand-cut fries and Southern style Collard Greens (inspired by owner’s late mother.)
Chef Sasha puts her vegan spin on traditional items such as a Reuben, made with portabella mushrooms and a Shroomin’ Philly, made with locally sourced oyster mushrooms. Soul Miner’s cuisine is heavily influenced by her family recipes and also food that she would love to be able to eat when out in the world.
Soul Miner’s Garden is a woman and family owned small business that got it’s start by way of food truck in the Charlotte area in March 2020 with an opening date 1 week prior to Covid. Sasha Quinn, owner and chef is a Charlotte native and believes in supporting other small businesses. SMG sources ingredients locally as often as possible to ensure quality for their customers and to help boost our local economy.
