Prenatal Yoga is used to help mothers connect better with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible and strong helping her prepare for the challenges of labor & birth. Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters. We go over breathing techniques that can be used during labor and birth and practice poses that will open with pelvis and can be used for labor and delivery.
