The Board of Directors of Time Out Youth Center invites you to a unique gala celebrating LGBTQ youth in the Carolinas.
Now in its 13th year, Ascend is the signature event celebrating LGBTQ youth in the Charlotte region. This year’s theme is Moulin Rouge!!
