LEARN TO SPRAY PAINT FROM YOUR FAVORITE CLT ARTIST!

Art, Murals, and the community behind them are at the core of the CLT community. As apart of BOOM festival, Talking Walls will be hosting a special series of classes that share the joy of spray painting. Attendees will learn how to tag and throw from amazing artists. You’ll receive a special keepsake after attending, as well as pictures! All proceeds from this event go to support Talking Walls Mural Festival’s 5th year!

MEET YOUR TEACHER: ARKO

Arko’s knack for giving new life to the old and discarded is part of the street artist’s ongoing mission. He takes this notion to small and large projects, placing tiny works of art in unexpected spots throughout the city, providing hints on where to find them on his Instagram account.

MEET YOUR TEACHER: LUVLY MOON

Luvly Moon is an illustrator, installation artist, and muralist based in Charlotte, NC. Her work has been exhibited in museums and galleries across the city – the Mint Museums Uptown + Randolph, Hart Witzen Gallery, Charlotte Art League, Goodyear Arts, Toughass Crew Pop-up Gallery, and Petra’s Art Lounge. She curated exhibitions for Studio1212, Flux Galleries, and Summit Coffee NoDa.
