Leah & Louise: Guest Chef Ashleigh Shanti 6-Course Dinner
BayHaven Restaurant Group, led by husband-wife team chef Gregory “Greg” and Subrina Collier, is hosting a special chef collaboration dinner at Leah & Louise on Monday, April 18 at 7 p.m. The dinner will feature a collaborative six-course menu with dishes designed by the Leah and Louise team Greg, Brandon, & Courtney, and guest chef Ashleigh Shanti, chef/owner of Good Hot Fish in Asheville and a contestant on the current season of Bravo’s “Top Chef.” Shanti, who is known for her Appalachian-inspired culinary style, will also prepare an exclusive fish fry lunch plate available for pickup only at Leah & Louise on Friday, April 15.
Tickets ($180 per person) will include two appetizers, a vegetable, a fish dish, a meat dish and dessert.
