- Black Lambo: Black BBQ glazed lamb, pickled fennel, Dukka spice
- Shiso Crazy Chicken: Shiso brined chicken, pickled ginger, and shiso-cabbage slaw, peach hot sauce
- The Sweet Chick: Chickpea tempura, piri piri marinated sweet potato, peanut stew sauce
- Bun Me: Crispy fried chicken livers, aji dulce pepper sauce, chicken fat Mayo, pickled shallots
