It Blooms at Night- Opening Reception
Some species of night-blooming flowers, such as Selenicereus grandiflorus, bloom only once a year for one night. This is a poetic counterpoint to a world where the next is always the now. This Goodyear Arts exhibition celebrates each artist’s individual journey from the seed of an idea to the tangible work standing before us.
Curated by Holly Keogh. Featuring works from:
Elizabeth Arzani
Carley Brandeaux
Preston Drum
Kenneth Owens
Quynh Vu
Andrew Wilson
The opening reception will also feature a performance from Alan Charmer + vinyl DJ set by Blaine Hurdle and Elijah Von Cramon.
It Blooms at Night will be on view through November 26th. Our open hours are Fridays from 6-9pm. Masks are required at Goodyear Arts.
